Your Privacy Choices
Your Privacy Choices
CabinGlow respects your privacy and provides choices regarding how your personal information is collected and used.
This page explains how you may exercise privacy rights that apply to you. For a complete description of our data practices, please review the CabinGlow Privacy Policy.
The rights available to you may vary depending on your place of residence and whether the applicable privacy law applies to CabinGlow.
1. Information Covered by These Choices
When you visit or use https://cabinglow.us, we and the service providers supporting our store may collect information such as:
- Name, email address, telephone number, and shipping or billing address
- Order, transaction, return, and customer-support information
- Account and communication preferences
- Device type, browser, operating system, and IP address
- Pages and products viewed
- Searches, clicks, and interactions with the website
- Approximate location derived from an IP address
- Cookie identifiers and similar online identifiers
- Advertising, analytics, and attribution information
Payment-card information is generally processed by payment providers. CabinGlow does not necessarily receive or store complete payment-card details.
2. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:
- Know whether we process your personal information
- Request access to personal information associated with you
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information
- Request deletion of eligible personal information
- Request a portable copy of certain personal information
- Opt out of the sale of personal information
- Opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising
- Opt out of targeted advertising
- Opt out of certain profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects
- Limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
- Appeal a decision concerning a privacy request
- Receive equal service without unlawful discrimination for exercising a privacy right
These rights are subject to legal definitions, exceptions, thresholds, and verification requirements. A particular right may not apply in every jurisdiction or circumstance.
3. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising
CabinGlow may use advertising, analytics, social-media, and similar technologies to understand website use, measure advertising performance, and display advertisements that may be more relevant to visitors.
Depending on the technology involved and the law where you live, disclosure of identifiers or online activity to certain advertising partners may be considered:
- A “sale” of personal information
- “Sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising
- Processing for “targeted advertising”
These legal terms can include some disclosures that do not involve CabinGlow receiving money in exchange for personal information.
Where applicable, you may opt out of these activities.
4. How to Submit an Opt-Out Request
You may submit a request to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising by:
- Using the cookie or privacy-preference control displayed on the CabinGlow website, when available
- Enabling a legally recognized browser-based opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control
- Emailing vausosmjaoaam@gmail.com
- Calling +1 (936) 260-5549
For email requests, use the subject line:
Privacy Choices Request
Please include enough information for us to understand your request, such as your name, email address, state of residence, and the privacy choice you wish to exercise.
Do not send a password, complete payment-card number, bank credentials, government identification number, or other unnecessary sensitive information with your initial request.
5. Global Privacy Control
Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) is a browser-based signal that communicates a request to opt out of certain data practices.
Where legally required and technically received by CabinGlow, a recognized GPC or other qualifying universal opt-out signal will be treated as a request to opt out of activities considered a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable law.
A browser signal normally applies to the browser and device from which it is sent. If we can reasonably associate the signal with an authenticated customer account, we will apply it more broadly when required by law.
You may need to enable the signal separately on each browser, device, or profile you use.
Clearing cookies, changing browsers, using a different device, or browsing in private mode may affect browser-specific privacy preferences.
6. Cookie and Advertising Preferences
Where available, you may use CabinGlow’s cookie or privacy-preference control to manage non-essential technologies.
Depending on your selection, you may be able to disable or restrict:
- Advertising cookies
- Targeting technologies
- Certain analytics tools
- Social-media tracking technologies
- Similar non-essential identifiers
Necessary technologies may remain active because they support functions such as:
- Shopping-cart operation
- Checkout and payment processing
- Account login
- Security and fraud prevention
- Network management
- Remembering privacy selections
- Order fulfillment and customer service
Opting out of personalized or targeted advertising does not mean that you will stop seeing all advertisements. Advertisements may instead be contextual, less personalized, or unrelated to your browsing activity.
7. Access, Correction, Deletion, and Portability Requests
To request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of eligible personal information, contact us at:
Email: vausosmjaoaam@gmail.com
Phone: +1 (936) 260-5549
Use the email subject line:
Privacy Rights Request
Please describe the right you wish to exercise and provide information reasonably necessary to locate the relevant records.
We may be unable to delete information that we are legally permitted or required to retain, including information necessary to:
- Complete transactions
- Process returns or refunds
- Maintain tax, accounting, and financial records
- Detect or prevent fraud
- Protect security
- Resolve disputes
- Enforce agreements
- Comply with legal obligations
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims
If deletion is not available for particular information, we will explain the applicable reason when required by law.
8. Verification
To protect customers and prevent unauthorized disclosure or deletion, we may need to verify certain access, correction, deletion, or portability requests.
Verification may involve matching information supplied with information already maintained by CabinGlow. We will request only information reasonably necessary for the request and level of risk involved.
We generally will not require identity verification solely to process a request to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, except where limited information is reasonably necessary to determine whether a request is valid, applies to the requester, or is fraudulent, and only as permitted by law.
If we cannot reasonably verify a request that legally requires verification, we may be unable to complete it.
9. Authorized Agents
Where permitted by applicable law, you may appoint an authorized agent to submit a privacy request on your behalf.
We may require:
- Evidence that you authorized the agent
- Direct confirmation from you
- Verification of your identity when legally permitted or required
- Evidence that the agent is properly registered, if applicable
These requirements do not apply where the agent has a legally valid power of attorney that must be recognized.
An authorized agent may contact us using the same email address and should use the subject line:
Authorized Agent Privacy Request
10. Appeals
If we decline to act on a privacy request and the law in your state provides a right to appeal, you may appeal our decision by emailing:
Use the subject line:
Privacy Request Appeal
Include the original request, our response, and a brief explanation of why you believe the decision should be reconsidered.
We will review and respond to a valid appeal within the period required by applicable law. When required, our response will explain how to contact the appropriate state authority if the appeal is denied.
11. Response Timing
We will acknowledge and respond to verified privacy requests within the period required by applicable law.
Many U.S. state privacy laws generally provide an initial response period of approximately 45 days, although the applicable deadline may differ. Where legally permitted, we may extend the response period when reasonably necessary and will notify you of the extension and reason.
Opt-out preference signals and browser-based choices may be processed automatically or within the period required by applicable law.
12. Sensitive Personal Information
CabinGlow may process limited information that some laws classify as sensitive, such as account credentials, precise payment-related information handled by payment providers, or information used to detect fraud.
Where applicable law provides a right to limit the use or disclosure of sensitive personal information, you may submit a request using the contact methods on this page.
We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about customers or for purposes unrelated to providing the requested products and services unless we provide legally required notice and obtain any required consent.
13. Children’s Privacy
CabinGlow is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising without any affirmative authorization required by applicable law.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to CabinGlow, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
14. No Unlawful Discrimination
CabinGlow will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
Exercising a privacy right will not result in:
- Denial of goods or services
- A different price or rate
- A different level or quality of service
- Retaliation
This does not prevent us from offering a legally permitted loyalty, rewards, or financial-incentive program with the disclosures and consent required by law.
15. Effect of an Opt-Out
After an applicable opt-out is processed:
- Certain advertising or tracking technologies may be restricted
- You may continue to see non-personalized advertising
- Necessary website technologies may continue to operate
- Service providers may continue processing information for permitted operational purposes
- Previously completed disclosures may not always be reversible
- We may retain information necessary to record and honor your preference
An opt-out does not prevent CabinGlow from using information to complete orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud, maintain security, comply with law, or perform other legally permitted business functions.
16. Third-Party Platforms
Some third parties may collect information independently through their own websites, applications, tools, or services.
Your CabinGlow privacy request may not control information independently collected and controlled by a third party. You may need to use that third party’s privacy settings or contact it directly.
CabinGlow remains responsible for its own obligations and for appropriately managing service providers as required by applicable law.
17. Changes to Your Privacy Choices
You may change a browser- or cookie-based preference by revisiting the website’s privacy controls, changing your browser settings, or submitting a new request.
Where applicable law restricts how soon a business may ask a consumer to opt back into sale or sharing after an opt-out, CabinGlow will follow that restriction.
We will not interpret ordinary website use as consent to reverse a legally effective opt-out where affirmative consent is required.
