Terms of Service
Terms of Service
Overview
This website is operated under the store name CabinGlow. Throughout this website, the terms “CabinGlow,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of CabinGlow.
CabinGlow provides this website, including its information, products, features, and related services, subject to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
By visiting https://cabinglow.us, creating an account, submitting information, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated into them, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.
Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to them, you should not use the website or purchase products through it.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your state, territory, province, or country of residence to make a purchase through CabinGlow.
If you permit a minor to use this website, you are responsible for supervising that use. Products involving vehicles, electrical systems, tools, chemicals, or installation should not be used or installed by children.
You represent that the information you provide is truthful, current, and complete and that you are legally authorized to use the selected payment method.
2. Permitted Use
You may use the website only for lawful personal or commercial purchasing purposes consistent with these Terms.
You may not:
- Use the website or products for an unlawful or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, accounts, servers, or systems
- Introduce malware, viruses, automated attacks, or harmful code
- Scrape, copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit website content without authorization
- Interfere with the website’s security, operation, or availability
- Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or abusive orders or claims
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
- Use website content in a manner that infringes intellectual-property or other legal rights
- Circumvent purchase limits, security controls, or fraud-prevention measures
We may restrict or terminate access for a material violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, unlawful conduct, or conduct that threatens customers, CabinGlow, or third parties.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, specifications, compatibility information, colors, and prices accurately.
However:
- Screen settings and lighting may affect how colors appear
- Measurements may contain reasonable manufacturing or manual-measurement tolerances
- Packaging or minor product details may change without materially affecting function
- Product photographs may include props or vehicles that are not included
- Supplier or manufacturer specifications may be updated
- Availability may change before an order is fulfilled
We will not knowingly substitute a materially different product without authorization. If a material listing error affects an order, we may contact you to offer correction, cancellation, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Nothing in this section permits CabinGlow to provide materially false or misleading product information.
4. Vehicle and RV Compatibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing all available compatibility information before purchasing or installing a product.
Compatibility may depend on:
- Vehicle or RV make
- Model
- Model year
- Trim level
- Body style
- Factory equipment
- Electrical configuration
- Connector type
- Dimensions
- Previous modifications
- Intended mounting location
A reference to a vehicle make, model, or manufacturer is generally provided for compatibility identification and does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, authorization, or affiliation unless expressly stated.
If compatibility is uncertain, contact CabinGlow before purchasing and consult a qualified automotive or RV professional when appropriate.
A product is not considered defective solely because it does not fit a vehicle when the product supplied materially matches the compatibility information and specifications disclosed before purchase.
5. Vehicle Safety and Installation
Certain products may affect visibility, lighting, electrical systems, driver attention, airbag deployment areas, mirrors, controls, road clearance, towing, or other vehicle functions.
Before installation or use, customers must:
- Read all product instructions and warnings
- Confirm that the product is suitable for the vehicle and intended use
- Inspect the product for damage or missing components
- Avoid obstructing airbags, mirrors, windows, lights, license plates, controls, sensors, cameras, or required safety equipment
- Ensure that installed products are securely fastened
- Stop using a product if it becomes loose, damaged, overheated, unstable, or unsafe
- Obtain qualified professional installation when appropriate
CabinGlow does not provide automotive, mechanical, electrical, engineering, towing, or legal advice unless expressly stated in writing.
Customers should not install or use products in a manner that impairs required vehicle safety equipment or creates an unreasonable hazard.
6. Lighting Accessories and Local Laws
Rules governing vehicle lighting, color, brightness, flashing functions, mounting location, roadway use, and visibility vary by federal, state, and local jurisdiction.
The availability of a product for purchase does not by itself mean that every possible installation or use is legal in every jurisdiction.
Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, CabinGlow does not represent that a lighting product is approved for every vehicle, public-road application, inspection requirement, or jurisdiction.
Customers are responsible for:
- Checking applicable laws before installation or use
- Using off-road-only products exclusively as legally permitted
- Avoiding colors, flashing patterns, or placements reserved for emergency or official vehicles
- Ensuring that accessories do not obscure or impair required lighting or signals
- Obtaining professional advice where necessary
Do not use interior lighting, displays, mounts, or accessories in a manner that distracts the driver or interferes with safe vehicle operation.
7. RV Products
RV products may require specific voltage, amperage, pressure, load, ventilation, plumbing, propane, electrical, or structural compatibility.
Customers must confirm relevant requirements before installation. Products involving mains electricity, batteries, propane, water systems, towing, structural mounting, or other safety-sensitive systems should be installed or inspected by a qualified professional where appropriate.
Never exceed a product’s stated load, pressure, electrical, towing, or operating limits.
8. Car-Care Products and Chemicals
Cleaning, detailing, adhesive, coating, fragrance, chemical, and maintenance products must be used according to their labels and instructions.
Before full application:
- Test the product on a small, inconspicuous area
- Confirm suitability for the intended material or finish
- Use adequate ventilation
- Keep the product away from children, pets, heat, flames, and ignition sources
- Use appropriate protective equipment when instructed
- Do not mix products unless the manufacturer expressly permits it
CabinGlow is not responsible for damage caused by use contrary to instructions, application to an incompatible surface, improper storage, mixing, overuse, or misuse, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Products and Services
Products may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities.
We may:
- Limit the quantity available per customer, household, address, payment method, or order
- Discontinue products
- Correct listing or inventory errors
- Restrict sales where reasonably necessary for legal, safety, fraud-prevention, or supply reasons
- Cancel an order when a product is unavailable
Any return or exchange is governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
10. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.
An order is generally accepted when it enters fulfillment or ships, subject to applicable law.
We may refuse or cancel an order before shipment for legitimate reasons, including:
- Product unavailability
- Material pricing or description errors
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
- Duplicate or abusive ordering
- Shipping restrictions
- Legal or safety concerns
- Inability to verify customer or delivery information
If we cancel an order after payment has been authorized or collected, we will void the authorization or refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.
We will not cancel an order for an unlawful discriminatory reason.
11. Order Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, shipping, contact, and payment information.
You are responsible for reviewing:
- Product selection
- Quantity
- Compatibility
- Delivery address
- Billing information
- Contact information
- Order total
Contact us promptly if you discover an error. We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes after processing or fulfillment begins.
12. Prices and Payment
Unless otherwise stated, prices are displayed in U.S. dollars.
Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change before an order is placed. Changes will not retroactively increase the price of an accepted order without customer authorization, except where correction is legally permitted and the customer is given an appropriate choice.
Applicable charges may include:
- Product price
- Shipping
- Sales or similar taxes
- Optional services selected by the customer
- Customs duties or import charges for eligible international orders
You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method submitted for the final amount displayed at checkout.
We do not guarantee that every attempted payment or order will be accepted.
13. Pricing and Listing Errors
If a product is listed with a material price, availability, specification, or description error, we may correct the error.
If the error affects an order, we may:
- Contact you for approval of the corrected terms
- Cancel the affected item and issue a refund
- Provide another remedy required by applicable law
We will not substitute a higher price or materially different product without authorization.
14. Discounts and Promotions
Promotional codes and discounts:
- Must be used according to their stated conditions
- May have expiration dates or product exclusions
- May be limited to one use per customer or order
- Have no cash value unless required by law
- May not be combined unless expressly permitted
- May be withdrawn or corrected before use if issued in error or obtained improperly
We may cancel a discount obtained through fraud, unauthorized distribution, manipulation, or violation of the promotion’s disclosed terms.
15. Taxes, Duties, and Customs Charges
Applicable taxes may be calculated based on the order and delivery information provided at checkout.
For international orders accepted by the website, the recipient may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and other government or carrier fees unless checkout states otherwise.
Customers are responsible for complying with applicable import restrictions. If a product cannot legally or practically be shipped to a selected destination, we may cancel and refund the affected item.
16. Shipping and Delivery
Order processing, shipping charges, delivery estimates, tracking, split shipments, address issues, and delayed or missing packages are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Shipping and delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly identified as guaranteed.
If we cannot ship within the promised period, CabinGlow will provide any notice, cancellation option, consent request, or refund required by applicable law.
17. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Cancellation requests, return eligibility, return shipping, damaged products, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Submitting a cancellation, return, replacement, warranty, or refund request does not automatically mean that it is approved. We will review the request under the applicable policy and law.
Nothing in these Terms limits a right to cancel or receive a refund that cannot lawfully be restricted.
18. Warranties
Some products may be covered by a separate manufacturer’s warranty. Any such warranty is subject to the written terms supplied by the manufacturer or displayed with the product.
Unless CabinGlow expressly provides a separate written warranty, no statement in these Terms creates an additional CabinGlow warranty beyond rights and obligations arising under the applicable sales contract and law.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND ITS GENERAL INFORMATION ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES REGARDING UNINTERRUPTED WEBSITE ACCESS OR THE ABSENCE OF TECHNICAL ERRORS.
WE DO NOT DISCLAIM, EXCLUDE, OR LIMIT ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY, STATUTORY GUARANTEE, PRODUCT-LIABILITY OBLIGATION, OR OTHER CONSUMER RIGHT THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED, EXCLUDED, OR LIMITED.
Any legally permitted warranty limitation will apply only to the extent valid in the customer’s jurisdiction.
19. Website Availability and Accuracy
We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, security events, network failures, third-party services, or events outside our reasonable control.
We may correct errors, update information, or modify website features. However, we remain responsible for obligations that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
General informational content on the website is not a substitute for product instructions, professional installation advice, safety guidance, or applicable law.
20. Third-Party Services
The website may rely on third parties for:
- Hosting and ecommerce functionality
- Payment processing
- Fraud prevention
- Analytics
- Communications
- Order fulfillment
- Shipping and tracking
- Customer-service tools
Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
Our use of a third party does not eliminate any responsibility CabinGlow has to customers under applicable law.
21. Third-Party Links
The website may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties.
A link does not necessarily mean that CabinGlow endorses or controls the third party. We are not responsible for the independent content, security, availability, or practices of third-party websites, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Review the third party’s terms and privacy practices before providing information or completing a transaction.
22. Intellectual Property
The CabinGlow name, website design, original text, graphics, photographs, logos, page layouts, and other original website materials are owned by or licensed to CabinGlow and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use the website for ordinary personal shopping and informational purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, modify, scrape, frame, or commercially exploit protected website content without written permission, except as permitted by law.
Third-party trademarks, vehicle names, model names, and product references remain the property of their respective owners. Their use for identification or compatibility purposes does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement unless expressly stated.
23. User Content and Reviews
If you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other content, you represent that:
- You have the right to submit it
- It is truthful and based on genuine experience where represented as a review
- It does not infringe another person’s rights
- It is not unlawful, threatening, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or malicious
- It does not contain malware or undisclosed advertising
You grant CabinGlow a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, format, and use the submitted content for operating and promoting CabinGlow, subject to applicable privacy and consumer-protection laws.
You retain ownership of your original content.
We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms, but we are not obligated to publish every submission. We will not knowingly misrepresent fabricated content as a genuine customer review.
24. Privacy
Our collection, use, disclosure, and protection of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.
Payment information may be processed directly by third-party payment providers. CabinGlow does not necessarily receive or store complete payment-card details.
Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, bank credentials, or other sensitive financial information by email.
25. Prohibited Conduct and Fraud Prevention
We may use reasonable measures to identify and prevent:
- Unauthorized payments
- Identity theft
- Chargeback abuse
- Product substitution
- Return fraud
- Automated attacks
- Account misuse
- Other unlawful conduct
We may request information reasonably necessary to verify an order or claim. If verification cannot be completed, we may delay, restrict, or cancel the affected transaction where legally permitted.
Fraud-prevention measures will not be used to avoid valid consumer obligations.
26. Recalls and Safety Notices
Customers should stop using a product and follow the stated instructions if CabinGlow, a manufacturer, supplier, or government authority issues a recall or safety notice.
We may use available contact information to communicate relevant recall or safety information.
Customers may also review vehicle and equipment recall information through appropriate government sources, including the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration where applicable.
27. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CABINGLOW AND ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE WEBSITE OR PRODUCTS, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOSS OF DATA, WHEN SUCH DAMAGES ARE LEGALLY EXCLUDABLE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CABINGLOW’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM A PARTICULAR PURCHASE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID TO CABINGLOW FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY TO:
- FRAUD OR FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION
- WILLFUL OR RECKLESS MISCONDUCT
- DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY TO THE EXTENT LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED
- PRODUCT-LIABILITY OBLIGATIONS THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED
- BREACH OF A NON-WAIVABLE STATUTORY OR CONSUMER RIGHT
- ANY OTHER LIABILITY THAT APPLICABLE LAW PROHIBITS US FROM EXCLUDING OR LIMITING
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations. In those jurisdictions, these provisions apply only to the maximum extent permitted.
28. Customer Responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, customers are responsible for loss or damage resulting from:
- Knowing misuse of a product
- Installation contrary to clear instructions or warnings
- Unauthorized modification
- Use with an incompatible vehicle or system despite accurate compatibility information
- Failure to maintain or inspect an installed product
- Unlawful roadway use
- Exceeding disclosed limits
- Continued use after an obvious defect or safety risk appears
This section does not excuse CabinGlow from responsibility for a defective product, materially inaccurate instructions, misleading information, or another obligation imposed by law.
29. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify CabinGlow against third-party claims, losses, or reasonable expenses arising directly from your unlawful use of the website, infringement of another party’s rights, or deliberate material violation of these Terms.
This provision does not require a consumer to indemnify CabinGlow for CabinGlow’s own negligence, unlawful conduct, defective products, or breach of these Terms, and it does not limit non-waivable consumer rights.
30. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate website access when reasonably necessary because of:
- Material violation of these Terms
- Fraud or suspected unlawful activity
- Security threats
- Abuse of customers, staff, or service providers
- Conduct that interferes with website operation
Termination does not eliminate rights or obligations arising before termination, including payment, refund, warranty, intellectual-property, privacy, or liability obligations.
31. Policy and Service Changes
We may update website features, products, prices, and these Terms from time to time.
Material changes will apply prospectively from the effective date stated on the updated Terms unless applicable law permits or requires otherwise.
The Terms in effect when an order was placed will generally govern that transaction, except where a later change is legally required or more favorable to the customer.
Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
32. Governing Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms and the operation of CabinGlow are governed by the laws applicable to the business operator in Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
However, this choice of law does not deprive a consumer of any mandatory protection provided by the law of the consumer’s state, territory, province, or country of residence that cannot lawfully be waived by contract.
Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking relief from a court or consumer-protection authority that has lawful jurisdiction.
33. Dispute Resolution
Before beginning formal proceedings, customers are encouraged to contact CabinGlow and provide:
- Their name
- Order number
- A clear description of the issue
- The requested resolution
- Relevant supporting information
We will make reasonable efforts to review and resolve the matter.
These Terms do not require binding arbitration and do not waive a customer’s right to pursue a claim in a court or through a government consumer-protection process where legally available.
34. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or severed where necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect unless doing so would materially defeat the purpose of the agreement or applicable law requires otherwise.
35. No Waiver
If CabinGlow does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not waive our right to enforce it later.
A waiver is effective only for the specific matter for which it is given and does not constitute a continuing waiver.
36. Assignment
You may not transfer your contractual rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent, except where applicable law permits otherwise.
CabinGlow may transfer its rights or obligations as part of a legitimate business transfer, restructuring, financing, or sale, provided that the transfer does not unlawfully reduce customer rights.
37. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the policies and disclosures referenced in them, form the agreement between you and CabinGlow concerning use of the website and purchases made through it.
If a product-specific term conflicts with these general Terms, the more specific term will control for that product to the extent lawful and clearly disclosed before purchase.
